Electricity is the energy source which produce due to the movement of the electrons. Electricity is the most widely used man made energy form on the earth. Electricity is produced due to conversion of secondary energy to another type. Most widely used secondary energy sources are sun light, coal, oil, water, nuclear power, etc. Invention of this valuable energy status was coursed the development of the world.
Invention of the electricity is believed to be happened in the 600BC. It was on of the state of the electriciy which was call as amber. That was the static electricity. The Greek word amber later change to electricty. In 1650 German physicist Otto Von Guericke produce the static electricity.
English physicist, Stephen Gray invented the conductivity in 1729. Benjamin Franklin propose the notion of positive and negative charge. He introduced the lightning as form of the electrical discharge 1752 and Alessandro Volta first introduced the battery which is first source of the DC current.
Micheal Faraday invented the magnetic induction. He showed that the moving magnet inside the wire coil could make electricity and it was used to make the first electric moter. Later Micheal Faraday built the genarator and transformer. Thomas Alva Edison invented, the one of the greatest invention of the mankind, the light bulb which brought the world form dark to light.
